SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to baby food products. As meat raw material the product for baby food contains blanched veal of the first category and blanched beef of the first category, as a fat component of vegetable origin, sunflower oil; raw material of vegetal origin is represented by wheat groats; additionally it contains olive oil, also meat broth and culinary salt. Quantitative ratio of initial components in the product is selected.
EFFECT: product is characterized as a product with increased nutritive value, balanced by content of vitamins, mineral substances and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
