SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing walls and ceilings of structures, slots are arranged in them for a fixture of a dovetail type; end sections of slots for a dovetail fixture of walls and ceilings are made rectangular; a sheet cover is made for walls and ceilings from a flexible elastic material with responsive ledges for a dovetail fixture, when finishing walls and ceilings, into their slots for a dovetail fixture via their rectangular end sections, responsive ledges are inserted for a dovetail fixture of appropriate climate-proof, relief, decorative, industrial carpet, linoleum sheets of walls and ceilings covers, which are moved to complete coverage of finished walls or ceilings; finishing T-shaped rolled elements are inserted into corners of premises. The device is arranged so that it contains climate-proof, relief, decorative, linoleum, industrial carpet sheets of covers, which have ledges for a dovetail fixture, responsive to slots for a dovetail fixture arranged on surfaces of walls and ceilings, besides, it comprises T-shaped rolled elements for finishing corners between walls and ceilings.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase manufacturability of doing construction-finishing works.
