FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanodisperse powders of heat-resistant inorganic materials and compounds with controlled chemical, phase and grain composition. Proposed method comprises adding mix of alloying metals in gaseous state and volatile metal fluorides into reaction chamber, reducing said metals or mixes thereof together with alloying metals to obtain target product, cooling down the latter on forcing it through gas dynamic nozzle and filtering two-phase flow, removing powder nanodisperse particles from filter and into powder collector. Note here that hydrogen fluoride is discharged from the filer. Proposed device comprises initial reagents feed assembly, reaction chamber of microwave plasma reactor, microwave generator communicated with said reactor via waveguides, cooler made up of gas dynamic nozzle, ceramet filter with anisotropic structure communicated with compressed gas cylinder, and powder collector.
EFFECT: complete separation, higher performances.
