FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: sealed device case is in form of a structure made by mechanical processing from a trimetal workpiece obtained via explosive welding. The structure is air-tightly connected to a cover made from titanium alloy by laser impulse welding. The structure has a pump nozzle. The welded edges of the sealed device case are made from a titanium layer of trimetal. The side walls of the sealed device case are made from a titanium layer of trimetal and an aluminium layer of trimetal. The base of the sealed device case is made from an aluminium layer trimetal and a copper layer of trimetal, and one or more windows are machined into the aluminium layer of trimetal in the base of the sealed device case until reaching the trimetal layer.
EFFECT: efficient heat removal from the most heat-dissipating electronic components mounted on the base of a device case, providing additional protection of electronic components of the device from cosmic ionising radiation.
