SUBSTANCE: invention may be used when constructing the instrument housing of communication-electronics equipment. Substance of the invention includes that sealed instrument housing with included in it at least one heat-producing element, contains cooling system of housing formed by inner and outer of left side and right side, front and back screens, and also of double upper lid, forming closed circuit and they are carried out with the possibility of passing of cooling flow of air. Together with that inner side screens are made like radiators, the outer side screens contain at least two discharge outlets, carried out with height distortion relatively to the opposite side screens. Inlet port is situated in the back screen and discharge outlets on the outer side screens and upper lid are placed on the side of front screen of housing. Also the instrument housing additionally contains sealing element, made with the possibility of simultaneous supply of sealing, thermal conductivity and electric conductivity between screens of instrument housing.

EFFECT: supplies the effective heat sink in the housing of communication-electronics equipment.
