FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for laparocentesis during laparoscomy in children. Semicircular cut is performed under navel exposing aponeurosis of rectus abdominis muscle. Umbilical cord is cut off strictly at the level of its transition into aponeurosis, with reconstruction of natural anatomical defect of umbilical ring, around which application of purse-string suture is performed. Initial portion of trocar with stylet and supply of gas is introduced through formed hole to create free space in abdominal cavity. After that, trocar is moved to required length in safe manner. Fixation of trocar is performed by tightening purse-string suture.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma and duration of procedure, reduce risk of trocar migration.
