SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and concerns new 4,4'-biphenylamide derivatives showing pharmacological activity and being applicable for treating Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative pathologies. Besides, the present invention refers to drug preparations containing said compounds. There are offered the 4,4'-biphenylamide derivatives showing pharmacological activity of general formula 1: wherein: HY in what follows represents a pharmaceutically acceptable acid; R1 R1' can be identical or different and each independently represents H, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C10 alkoxy, halogen, a nitro-group, an amino-group, nitril, acyl, aryl; R3, R3', R4, R4', R5, R5', R6 and R6' can be identical or different and each independently represents H, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C10 alkoxy; R2 as a whole is presented by general formulas (1.1a), (1.2a), (1.3a), (1.4a), (1.5a).

EFFECT: invention allows extending the range of products applicable as new effective allosteric AMPA receptor modulators.
