SUBSTANCE: described are novel derivatives of N,N'-substituted 3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes of general formula 1: , where X is C(=O); R2 denotes fragments (1.1a), (1.2a), (1.3a) or (1.4a), which are phenyl, substituted with an alkoxy or a second substitute selected from a group consisting of pyrazolyl methyl, piperidinyl methyl, thiazolyl aminomethyl and phenoxy methyl, which can also be substituted. R1, R'1, R3, R'3, R4, R'4, R5, R'5, R6, R'6, R7, R'7, R8, R'8, R9, R'9, R10, R'10, R11, R'11, R15 and R'15 are independently H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy; R12-C1-6 alkyl; R13 and R'13 are independently H, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen; Z=CH; E=N, Y is -(CR16R'16)m-, where m=1-2; R16 and R'16 are independently H, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, having pharmacological activity, particularly nootropic activity, and can be used to treat neurodegenerative pathologies.
