FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical genetics, obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of risk of developing preeclampsia in women with chronic arterial hypertension, Russian nationality, natives of the Central region of Russia. Venous blood is sampled, genomic DNA is recovered, polymerase chain reaction of DNA synthesis is carried out and gene polymorphism of aldosterone synthase CYP11B2 C(-344)T is investigated. Additionally, angiotensinogen gene AGT T704C is analyzed. Mean arterial pressure is measured at first appearance in antenatal clinic up to 12 weeks of gestation. Presence or absence of a regular antihypertensive therapy before pregnancy is considered. Then discriminant function (Y) is calculated by formula: Y=0.21×F1+0.18×F2+0.31×F3+0.29×F4, where F1 is presence of AGT 704C allele in female genotype: yes – 1 point, no – 0 points; F2 – presence in female genotype of allele CYP11B2 (-344) T: yes – 1 point, no – 0 points; F3 – presence of average arterial pressure at the first appearance in female consultation up to 12 weeks of pregnancy above 95 mm Hg: yes – 1 point, no – 0 points; F4 – regular antihypertensive therapy before pregnancy: absence – 1 point, presence – 0 points. If the value of Y equals 0.68 or more, an increased risk of developing preeclampsia is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables predicting the development of preeclampsia in women with chronic arterial hypertension, Russian nationality, natives of the Central region of Russia, in the first trimester of pregnancy, as a result of calculation of coefficient Y taking into account allelic polymorphism of genes and medical-social factors, which allows to correct therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at prevention of complicated pregnancy course.
