Apparatus can also contain pneumatic drive element. Pneumatic drive element is made with possibility of creating, at least, one driving movement when, at least, one pneumatic signal is obtained from pneumatic energy source, connected with it in pneumohydraulic way. Unit of driving roller is connected with pneumatic drive element to transmit driving movements to distally installed pneumatically driven instrument. Device additionally contains element of mechanical support, which is connected with unit of driving roller for transmission of additional manually created driving movements to unit of driving roller.
