FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for radical treatment of III-IV stage hemorrhoid. Circular dissection of tissues on the border of fusion of skin and rectal mucosa is performed with electrode A8 or D7 in mode 1 by radiowave scalpel "Surgitron". Edges of mucosa are taken on clamps on 12, 6, 3 and 9 o'clock. Mucous cylinder of rectum is exposed from surrounding tissues together with cavernous hemorrhoidal bodies and varicose venous nodes not more than 5 cm long. By means of electrodes A8 and D7 in mode 2 isolated mucous cylinder is resected. Remaining proximal part of rectum mucosa is sewn with skin of anus by Z-shaped interrupted catgut sutures.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce zone of coagulation nectosis, reduce risk of recurrence.
