FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention for use in automatic fire suppression systems. Polydisperse foam generator includes a housing, and distributing and guiding devices. The housing is made in the form of a cylindrical tube with the main hole, one end of which is used to connect to the pump installation, and at the other end a conical nozzle with a confuser is mounted, ending with an expansion orifice. On the nozzle a generating element of the grid is installed, made in the form of a truncated conical surface. From the side of supply of foamgenerator solution on the housing a foam-solution distributor is mounted, made in the form of a package of throttle orifices alternating between each other, in which expansion orifices are made with tilt towards the generating element, connected respectively with the holes in the housing. With each of the throttle orifices at least three holes are attached, that lie in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing, and arranged relative to each other at an angle of 120°, and between the throttle orifices the perforated conical discs are installed, connected respectively with sleeves installed on the housing, and on the peripheral surfaces of the perforated discs a diffuser is installed made of generating mesh.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying of fire-extinguishing liquid foamgenerator solution.
