FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used is producing articles from nonferrous metals and alloys, mainly, aluminium alloys. Proposed device comprises inclining mixer furnace with melt feed regulator, rolls making closed gage, and female die with gage orifice. Said rolls are arranged in bed in cantilever. Note here that plane crossing rolls centers makes angle β=5-85° with horizontal plane. Prechamber is arranged between female die and gage with inclination α =90-175° and provided with cooling channels and cylindrical cavity. Said prechamber is equidistant to gage orifice shape. Female die with wedge-shaped cavities has mechanism to press it against the rolls.
EFFECT: articles with higher mechanical properties.
