FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: steam generator includes feed pump, water flow control, economiser, evaporator or evaporators, superheater and superheaters depending on number of rows of cylinders, as well as interconnecting gas lines, steam lines and water lines. As per the first version, superheaters are located in outlet header nozzles, and evaporator is located in receiving gas pipe of outlet header. In addition, as heat transfer surfaces in superheaters there used are straight tubes, and in evaporator - straight tubes, or tubes with shaped external finning, or coils. As per the second version, superheater is located in receiving gas pipe of outlet header, to which there supplied are combustion products along tangentially directed nozzles of that header. If temperature of superheated steam remains on the level below the required one, then, additional superheaters are installed in those nozzles from which gases are supplied tangentially to that receiving cylindrical gas pipe on the side opposite to gas discharge to evaporator which is located beyond the limits of outlet header in the receiving gas pipe of which there located are coils streamlined with gas flow supplied from tangentially located nozzle. Number of nozzles depends on number of outlet headers with superheaters located in them, and they are connected to receiving gas pipe of evaporator on the side opposite to gas discharge to outlet gas line.
EFFECT: improving energy utilisation efficiency of outlet gases and waste oil in steam generator.
