SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for prediction of formation of chronic lymphotic leukaemia and onset development of combined complications involving DNA recovery from the peripheral venous blood, differing by the fact that type 2 tumour necrosis factor receptor gene polymorphism (+1663 A/G TNFR2) is analysed to predict a high risk of formation of chronic lymphotic leukaemia and onset development of combined complications if detecting the +1663 G TNFR2 allele.
EFFECT: early detection of the disease.
