FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for prediction of risk of chronic true eczema (CTE) depending on genetic aggravation in Russian individuals, natives of Central black earth region of the Russian Federation. Method consists in the fact that DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood, analysis of polymorphisms -308G/A TNFα, +250A/G Ltα, +1663A/G TNFR2 and combinations thereof. To predict risk of developing CTE in genetic aggravation if observing the allele +1663G TNFR2 or combination of alleles +1663G TNFR2 with alleles -308G TNFα. To predict risk of developing CTE in without genetic aggravation if observing the allele -308A TNFα or combination of alleles +250G Ltα with alleles +1663G TNFR2 or combination of allele -308A TNFα with alleles +250G Ltα.

EFFECT: using declared method enables high-accuracy prediction of risk of chronic true eczema in depending on presence of genetic aggravation.
