SUBSTANCE: method involves sampling venous blood, recovering genomic DNA from the peripheral blood by polymerase chain reaction, analysing polymorphism of tumour necrosis factor α (TNFα), lymphotoxin α (Ltα) and tumour necrosis factor type 2 receptor (TNFR2) genes. The presence of -308A TNFα allele, or -308GA TNFα genotype, or +1663G TNFR2 allele, or a combination of -308A TNFα allele and +1663G TNFR2 allele, or a combination of -308A TNFα allele and +250G Ltα allele, or a combination of +250G Ltα allele and +1663G TNFR2 allele enables predicting a high risk of the sub-acute stage of chronic idiopathic eczema; the presence of -308GG TNFα genotype shows a low risk of the sub-acute stage of chronic idiopathic eczema.
EFFECT: developing the new criteria for the risk of the sub-acute stage of chronic idiopathic eczema.
