SUBSTANCE: DNA is recovered from peripheral blood, and -308G/A TNFα,+250A/G Ltα,+1663A/G TNFR2 gene polymorphisms or their combinations are analysed. The high risk of the moderate severity of chronic true eczema is predicted if observing +250G Ltα allele or a combination of +250G Ltα allele and +1663G TNFR2 allele, or a combination of -308A TNFα allele and +1663G TNFR2 allele, or a combination or -308G TNFα allele and +250G Ltα allele. The low risk of the moderate severity of chronic true eczema is predicted if -308G TNFα allele is stated to combine with +250AA Ltα genotype.
EFFECT: more accurate prediction.
