FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a diagonal plough placed on a roof slope, which is connected with two ropes aligned along the roof slope. One of the ropes envelops a pulley installed as capable of rotation on a trolley by two turns. The other end of this rope is aligned towards the roof cornice as capable of enveloping a guide fixed under a cornice, and is further moved down with fixation of a hoist on a drum installed on a trolley as capable of its displacement along the building. The second rope is aligned towards the building cornice as capable of enveloping the specified guide, and its end is fixed at the opposite side of the drum of the same hoist as in the first rope. Both ropes after their enveloping of the guide are aligned at the angle to the vertical line. The diagonal plough is arranged in the form of two plates arranged at the angle to each other with arrangement of this angle top at the side of the roof apex. The trolley with the pulley moves along the apex with the help of two traction ropes. On the trolley at the side of traction ropes there are additional sharp-angled diagonal ploughs fixed.
