SUBSTANCE: display control circuit for an organic electroluminescent panel has a linear gamma-characteristic circuit for transmitting a video signal which is controlled with a given gamma-characteristic for conversion into a video signal with a linear gamma-characteristic by compensating for control of the gamma-characteristic of the transmitted video signal and for output. The control circuit for transmitting a video signal output from the linear gamma-characteristic circuit, and the gamma-characteristic circuit of the panel to which the video signal is transmitted from the control circuit, for conversion into a video signal with a gamma-characteristic which corresponds to the gamma-characteristic of the organic electroluminescent panel, and for output. The control circuit includes a detection module for detecting the state of control or control history of the organic electroluminescent panel from the transmitted video signal, a control module for controlling the video signal transmitted to the organic electroluminescent panel, based on the detection output of the detection module.
EFFECT: easier and more accurate detection of the state of control of an organic electroluminescent panel and carrying out different adjustments and control.
