SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed device comprises one first and one second slab casting lines and rolling mill for rolling cast slabs. Said first casting line represents thin-slab continuous-casting horizontal plant 1 including loading vessel 5 for melt and belt conveyor 6 extending horizontally downstream of loading vessel 5. Second casting also line represents thin-slab continuous-casting horizontal plant 2 or vertical thin-slab continuous-casting horizontal plant 2 including casting mould 4, bending and straightening device 7. Rolling mill 11 to roll cast slabs is located downstream of casting lines. Slabs cast at whatever of said lines may be fed to rolling mill.
