FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed furnace comprises loading and unloading assemblies, combustion chambers with heating zone, deoxidation zone and complete combustion zone, and burners arranged in said zones, in furnace sidewalls. Note here that said burners fire fuel-air mix to generate deoxidation zone wherein theoretical proportion of fuel-air mix components produced by all burners makes less than 0.98% while deoxidation zone occupies, at least, 15% of entire combustion chamber. Said burners can inject air in complete combustion zone to reach oxygen concentration in waste gas escape zone equal to or lower than 5%.
EFFECT: suppression of nitrogen oxide release and reduced emissions.
