FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic-plasma polishing of articles from titanium alloys, and can be used in turbomachine building during blisk blades processing of gas turbine compressors to provide required physical-mechanical and operational properties of parts of turbomachines, as well as preparatory operation before ion-implantation modification of part surface and application of protective ion-plasma coatings. Method includes dipping of blisk blades into electrolyte, formation around processed surface of blisk of vapour-gas shell and ignition of discharge between treated surface of blisk and electrolyte by supplying to processed blisk of electric potential, wherein blisk blades are polished in series by electrically insulating neighbouring blades with electric insulating covers, leaving the current treated blade isolated, wherein the blade is polished to a given surface roughness value, then the blisk is removed from the electrolyte, the electric insulating cover is re-adjusted, leaving the next processed blade open, again immersed in electrolyte and its polishing, repeating said cycle until polishing of all blisk blades.
EFFECT: disclosed invention improves quality and reliability of polishing of blisks of GTE compressor from titanium alloys.
