FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant includes blades installed on annular pontoon. Pontoon can be rotated about vertical axis. Energy converter has the possibility of converting the rotation energy and is arranged on the platform enveloped with annular pontoon. Kinematic mechanism has the possibility of transferring rotation energy of annular pontoon to receiving assembly of energy converter. Platform is of floating type and provided with positioning means. The latter include at least six anchors arranged at the bottom and mainly in pairs. The above six anchors are connected to platform by means of flexible elements so that projection to horizontal plane of one flexible element is oriented radially to rotation axis of annular pontoon, and projection of the second flexible element is oriented tangentially. Anchor connected to flexible elements is offset to the side opposite to rotation direction of annular pontoon relative to fixing point of flexible element on the platform.
EFFECT: enlarging possible location places of wind-driven power plants; increasing electric power generation.
