FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of transmitting information to a mobile terminal to ensure safety of users inside an industrial building, residential quarters or a vehicle, involving installation of a command interpreter at the mobile terminal, which takes into account individual characteristics of a user, which are entered by the user in advance, as parameters of the command interpreter; in the absence of entered parameters, the command interpreter uses average statistical parameters of the user; wherein when no emergency situations are detected, the command interpreter operates in background mode, while loading into the mobile terminal through a radio channel, information which corresponds to said industrial building, residential quarters or vehicle, which includes commands for the command interpreter, which are executed in case of an emergency situation, audio, video, graphic and text information which is displayed by the mobile terminal upon input of the corresponding command to the command interpreter; wherein that information and commands are loaded from that moment in time when the mobile terminal is connected via the radio channel to the safety system, wherein if the mobile terminal loses connection with the safety system at that time when loading of the information has not been completed, loading stops and continues from where it stopped upon reconnection; wherein during an emergency situation, information on the beginning and nature of the emergency situation is sent to the mobile terminal, upon receiving this information, the command interpreter switches from background mode to emergency mode, wherein based on information on the beginning and nature of the emergency situation, the mobile terminal displays previously loaded information which corresponds the nature of the emergency situation and executes previously loaded commands which correspond to the nature of the emergency situation; the mobile terminal may be cellular telephone, a smartphone, a communicator, a notebook, a netbook or a PDA.
EFFECT: reducing data traffic during an emergency situation and faster operation of the mobile terminal during an emergency situation.
