FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: set of data transfer channel resources is accepted from a network controller, as well as multiple system receipt requests from one or more mobile devices. Then one or more resources of the data transfer channel are distributed by means of an access point to the specified one or more mobile devices, in order to provide access to a wireless network, in response to system receipt requests. Besides, usage information is generated by means of an access point related to the set of data transfer channel resources. At the same time usage information includes a number of requests received from the specified one or more mobile devices, for which distribution of data transfer channel resources was rejected. As a result a report is provided on information usage to the network controller from the access point.

EFFECT: easier distribution of channel resources from a network controller to one or more basic stations.
