FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to surgery and can be used for mini-access to abdominal area. Device contains flat case with square hole for passing of retractors. On case edges bent supports of retractors are located and slot for screw fixation of basic two-dimensional retractor is provided. Two-dimensional retractor is set for size of opening small wound cut by stretching, together with adjustable retractors. Adjustable retractors are provided with screws with protrusions on butt ends for fixation in case openings. By means of screws additional regulated opening of zone of access to point of surgical intervention, intra-operation correction of opening are ensured. Screw handles are remote from place of wound opening.
EFFECT: ensuring performing operation without application of gas and peritoneum elevator; reduction of assistants participation; opening of wound with small cut; regulated additional opening of access to operated organ by means of handles remote from place of wound location; reduction of operative intervention traumatism.
