FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and vertebrology. Essence of method lies in increase of spine canal space by surgery after layer-by-layer access to posterior parts of apical vertebra. Bilateral laminectomy is performed. Bone autotransplants with length, corresponding to width of vertebra arches taking into account two intervertebral spaces are cut out. Autotransplants are laid into obtained arch space in such a way that arch is located above them and their ends are placed on above- and underlying arches of vertebrae. Autotransplants can be taken from ribs. Application of claimed invention makes it possible to achieve spine cord decompression at the apex of kiphotic deformity and simultaneously carry out stabilisation of vertebrae which are part of deformity arch.

EFFECT: reduced risk of neurilogic complications caused by spondilomedullar conflict in correction of kiphotic deformity.
