SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of powders of tungsten and graphite or technical carbon with total weight of 90…120 mg in stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 and their arrangement on copper foil with weight of 90…120 mg. Then, by means of electric blasting of foil in a single process there formed is pulse multi-phase plasma jet and its contact copper surface is fused at the value of absorbed power density of 6.5…7.6 GW/m2.
EFFECT: improving conductivity, hardness and wear resistance of coating and its adhesion to base.
