FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deposition of coatings on metal surfaces and may be used in electrical industry for deposition of high electric erosion stability. Proposed method comprises mixing powder of molybdenum and graphite or carbon black in amount of 90-120 mg at stoichiometric ratio of 1:1, placing said powder on copper foil, and subjecting it to electric blasting to generate pulsed multiphase plasma jet to fuse contact copper surface at absorbed power density of 6.5-7.6 GW/m2.

EFFECT: pore-free coating that features high conductivity, hardness and wear resistance cohesive adhesion.
