SUBSTANCE: shutoff-control gate valve can be used in oil and gas industry and other industries. Shutoff-control gate valve includes flat damper controlled with spindle and interacting on both sides with the seats arranged in supply and discharge branch pipes. The seat which is arranged in discharge branch pipe consists of set of throttle plates in which each plate which is the next one in the direction of the carried medium is installed mirror-like in relation to the previous one. At that, plates are equipped with inclined through channels with cross point of axes of the latter on end plane of opposite side of the plate. Damper has one solid zone, and its lower edge is flat.

EFFECT: creation of design of shutoff-control gate valve with minimised weight and dimensional characteristics and high specific coefficient of hydraulic resistance.
