FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is based on measurement of flavanols percentage in flax stock stems; for this purpose one measures the absolute value of flax stock infrared spectrum within the range of 6758 cm-1. A calibrating model is made for this wave length.
EFFECT: invention allows to perform measurements without stem destruction and reduce the measurement performance time.
