FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves blood sampling, erythrocyte separation and washing, incubation and centrifugation for preparing a supernatant. The supernatant is added with zinc chloride to the final concentration of 5-10 mM, mixed, and left for 60 minutes at room temperature. In 60 minutes, microvesicles are gravitated to the bottom of a test tube.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying the microvesicle process.
