SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for isolating exosomes from a conditioned serum-free cell culture medium, including taking a conditioned medium from cell cultures, centrifuging it at 5000 g for 30 minutes at 4°C, separating the supernatant, centrifuging it at 12000 g for 90 minutes at 4°C, repeated removal of the supernatant, resuspension of the sediment, mixing the resulting sample with a 16% w / w solution of polyethylene glycol 6000 in a 1:1 ratio, incubating the resulting mixture for 1 hour at 4°C with periodic stirring, centrifuging the resulting solution at 1500 g for 30 minutes at 4°C, removal of the supernatant and resuspension of the sediment in 300 mcl of PBS, isolation of exosomes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to isolate exosomes from a conditioned medium and to accelerate the process of exosome isolation.
