SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method for microvesicles isolating from blood is proposed, comprising dividing blood into plasma and cell fraction by centrifugation at 300 g. Cell fraction is treated with a PBS buffer solution, then centrifuged for 20 minutes at 400 g. Cell debris is removed by ultrafiltration under pressure of 2 atm through an ultrafiltration cell with the MFAS-OC-1 membrane, then the filtrate is repeatedly subjected to ultrafiltration through the UPM-50 membrane.
EFFECT: invention increases output of end product.
