FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: current metre comprises a primary converter of magnetic field into an electric signal on the basis of Hall effect, at least one control field system of metal-dielectric-semiconductor type, a current-conducting bus, formed in a single semiconductor chip with the primary converter of magnetic field in the form of a flat metal tape insulated with a dielectric film from a semiconductor and environment, with contact sites at the ends. A gate of at least one metal-dielectric-semiconductor systems is made from metal with high magnetic permeability, having ferromagnetic properties, one end of which is arranged above the central part of the magnetic field converter, and the other one is arranged above the current-conducting bus surface coated with the dielectric film and covers it.

EFFECT: simplified technology of manufacturing with increased operational reliability and operating temperature.
