SUBSTANCE: method is realised by a primary magnetic field-to-electric signal converter which operates based on the Hall effect, having at least one metal-insulator-semiconductor type control field system, and a self-oscillator, wherein the output of the primary converter is connected to the input of the self-oscillator, and the output of the self-oscillator is connected to at least one of the control field systems.
EFFECT: design of a magnetosensitive integrated circuit with variable autogeneration resonance frequency.
