FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to technology of obtaining inorganic materials, used as component of toothpastes and powders. Claimed is product for manufacturing toothpastes and powders, representing water suspension of nano-size material with structure of hydroxiapatite, which contains carnonate and fluorine-groups, and, additionally, tricalcium phosphate in accordance with formula (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2-x-y(Ca3)x/2Fy)0.9x(Ca3(PO4)2)0.1 where x=0.01-0.3; y=0.01-0.4, whose granulometric composition is characterised by curve of distribution of particle sizes with maximum in the range 10 nm - 25 nm. Also claimed is method of obtaining such product, which lies in the following: calcium hydroxide is slowly neutralised in inert atmosphere of water-alcohol solution with mixture of orthophosphoric and hydrofluoric acids at temperature 2-5°C with sharp increase of neutralisation rate at the last stage.
EFFECT: material is close in chemical composition to dental enamel and is completely biocompatible with tissues of human organism.
