FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of powder materials with particle size smaller than 0.2 mcm used as phosphor synthesis media. Copper layer is applied on zinc wire by chemical deposition or electrolysis. Produced wire is subjected to electric blasting in gas-filled reactor.
EFFECT: chemically pure nanopowders with preset content of copper.
