FIELD: textiles and paper.
SUBSTANCE: grinding tool with a working surface comprises three annular zones, of which the area closest to the center of the disk has rows of crushing teeth distributed on concentric circles, and, the rotor teeth are placed between the teeth of the stator. The middle and peripheral zones consist of sectors equipped with straight blades, parallel to one of the generators. Working surfaces of the blades of the peripheral zone are equipped with longitudinal grooves, and the working surface of the rotor disk is made in inversed manner with respect to the working surface of the stator one. The generators of the individual sectors are located eccentrically on one side with respect to the center of the disc. Eccentricities of the generators of adjacent sectors of middle and peripheral zones are located on different sides with respect to the center of the disk. Height of the crushing teeth of the zone nearest to the center of the disc is greater than the double height of blades of middle and peripheral zones.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, quality and productivity of grinding process.
