FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: trichlorosilane is obtained in reactor, in which metal silicon powder interacts with hydrogen chloride gas with formation of trichlorosilane. Reactor includes case of device and ejector channel in lower part of device case. On upper part of ejector channel (19a) there are multiple perforated elements (21), which have through hole, passing in direction of thickness, and multiple granules (22), located between said units in mixed state.
EFFECT: efficient obtaining of trichlorosilane due to reliable distribution of hydrogen chloride gas.
