FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in chemical industry at apparatuses with fluidised bed. Ejector atomiser 1 has rod 2 extending in lengthwise direction and head 3 made at rod end to extend across rod 2. Feed channel 4 is made in rod 2 to extend in lengthwise direction. Equalizing branch pipe 27 is fitted into rod feed channel 4. Multiple ejector channels 5 are made in head 3 to communicate with feed channel 4 and to open to outer surface. Trichlorosilane is produced by interaction between metallic silicon powder and hydrogen chloride gas in apparatus with fluidised bed wherein hydrogen chloride is fed through ejector atomisers 1 secured at bottom plate 13 dividing reactor inside into top space and has chamber.

EFFECT: ruled pout atomiser clogging, higher process efficiency.
