SUBSTANCE: teeming nozzle 1 comprises tubular part 21 with channel 20, rectangular flange or plate 22 with casting channel. Plate rear surface has two R-radius arcs 27 made on plate two sides perpendicular to direction of nozzle feed X. Support surface are arranged on plate sides in direction of nozzle feed Y. For hardening and coating said flange or plate 22 and top surface of tubular part metal case 23 is used.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of forces and strain in displacing nozzle, hence, ruling out crack formation.
