FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of separation of unvulcanised rubber metal-cord material includes stages of injection of metal-cord material in separation device and injection of powdered separator in separation device. Quantity of separator added to separation device reaches 20 percent by weight of rubber metal-cord material meant for separation. At that, density of powdered separator is less than density of metal-cord material and it fluidises easily. Then metal-cord material and rubber coating are separated by interaction of rotating tools with separator in separation device. At that, separator fluidises in a drum and rotating tools are chains. Then separated particles of rubber coating are encapsulated by separator, and particles of rubber coating are released from hole in separation device.
EFFECT: simplifying separation of unvulcanised rubber coating and metal-cord material and reducing quantity of method operations.
