FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for grinding tuberous root. Chopper of tuberous roots comprises a loading window, a housing inside which there is a rotor. Inside the rotor there is a fixed guide cone and clamps hingedly mounted on the support plates with a constant radius of curvature of 150-170 mm, with the possibility of bias by 20-75° from his end position relative to the support plates. On the wall of the rotor the blocks of horizontal and vertical blades are located. Each blade of the block of horizontal blades is rotated relative to the previous one and is on one cutting line. The blades of the horizontal block are located on the helix with an equal displacement relative to each other by 20-65° to the support plate. The block of vertical blades is mounted at an angle 10-25° to the inner wall of the rotor. In the space between the rotor and the housing the unloading blades are fixed.
EFFECT: lower energy costs, and increase of the quality of the finished feed due to maintaining the cellular fluid.
