SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. The confectionary product includes an extruded body part. Positioned inside the body part are three or more capillaries parallel to each other in two or more various planes. The capillaries are positioned along the perimetre of the body part. The body part includes a central plane with width or diameter exceeding those of the capillaries. The capillaries enclose the central cavity. According to the preferable version, the capillaries or the central cavity may be partly filled with filling. In case of the space of the capillaries and the central cavity partially filled with the filling, there is an opportunity for contrast fillings combination to control the taste profile as well as to prevent the confectionary filling leakage outside.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a confectionary product with a size similar to that of the traditional confectionary product but with reduced fat and sugar content because of containing less material.
