SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmosurgery. Conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule are incised and separated, while scleral through holes within ciliary body are formed, and a non-penetrating surgery is performed. After the scleral through holes are formed in a projection of ciliary body, accessory through holes are created through all the layers of sclera in number of 20 to 50, of the diameter of 1 to 3 mm within peripheral portions of cornea at 1/2 to 1/3 from a dentate line to optic disk. It is followed by the transciliary introduction of the neovascularisation blocking agent Lucentis 0.03 to 0.05 ml into anterior layers of vitreous body at 3-4 mm from limb.
EFFECT: method provides reducing intraocular fluid secretion and activating outflow paths, deepening anterior chamber and enlarging its angle.
