FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves causing ciliary body hypofunction to occur. A number of sclerectomy actions are carried out in operation zone in deep layers of scleral flap arranged in chess board order. The number of sclerectomy actions depends on intraocular pressure. The whole operation is carried out with electrode wave guides of electromagnetic oscillator of 3.8 Hz frequency modulation. EFFECT: additional ways created for intraocular fluid discharge; enhanced quality of treatment.
