SUBSTANCE: dynamic mobile coupon (DMC) is associated with a target mobile device, besides, DMC has an alternate coupon characteristic, for which an initial parameter is established, based on the determined circumstance, related to a target mobile device, besides, the initial parameter is configured with the possibility to be automatically modified in response to a change in the determined circumstance.
EFFECT: expansion of functional possibilities, by creation of a dynamic electronic coupon, having an alternate commercial cost or another alternate coupon characteristic.
