FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: method for quantitative three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging with contrast enhancement, including receipt of an initial pair of ultrasonic contrast images and images of tissues for an organism. A region of interest (ROI) is established, or a volume (VOI) is established, on the initial produced image of tissues, which becomes a background image of tissues. The established ROI/VOI is automatically displaced from the initial image of tissues to the initial contrast image, it becomes a background contrast image. Quantitative analysis is carried out in respect of the ROI/VOI of the background contrast image. The method includes production of the next pair of an ultrasonic contrast image and image of tissues, corresponding to the i current pair of the contrast image and image of tissues.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to exclusion of manual identification of wanted ROI in an ultrasonic frame.
